Business partner of organizational unit XXXXXXX does not exist

Hi Experts,

I have created Org. Structure using PPOCA_BBP - Create Attributes . Except Root organization, I haven't got the Business Partner Id for all other org elements.

I tried repairing using BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE transaction. There I see red traffic lights for Basic Data & Address, when I choose Reapir, all lights turned to green and I see BP numbers generated. But when I come out of the screen, I reenter into the same transaction, I still see the org units with out BP IDs and red lights.

When doing "REPAIR", Am I missing any thing. Please suggest.

Hi,

my note is that I was in the same situation as you. And my problem was that I have bad format in the Post Code. When I've changed the Post Code from XXX XX format to XXXXX the repair process was fine.

Thanks for your response.

It did not work, I have tried all your suggestions.

I have deleted and recreated the org. structure, now its fine.

The issue is resolved.

Hi,

When you create a organisation unit make sure you have the full address and email identered in ppoma_bbp for successful creation of BP.

in PPOMA_BBP go to the org units for which there are no BPs and try to enter the address and save. This might help.

Hi,

Check in the T.code: PPOSA_BBP whether the organisation is created.

If it is created BP will appear

Check in Table:BUT000 you can see the BP

The error message indicates that BP is not created
