solution manager EHP1 upgrade to kernel 175

Dear All,

i have upgrade SMP EHP1 kernel 175 but when i finished it is show in ABAP application 174 but if i go to putty execute this command it shows kernel 175.

need help about that.

I think you downloaded dw_175-10005992.sar. The version that you see in System Component - Kernel Info is determined by the version of component disp+work. Check the version of this binary and you'll see the version showed in your system.

Hello,

When you are in the system and on the menu, click > STATUS then Shift +F5 ( otehr kernel info)

It will state the Kernel release and patch level. The information here should be accurate.

I guess that the problem is that there's no kernel package 175. I mean, there's no SAPEXE_175-XXXXXXX.SAR at least for the OS I've checked. So I think that Tarek installed the "disp+work package" 175, but other kernel components could be in another patch level.
