OCI Mapping query

Hello Experts

Could any one of you please tell me where the open catalog interface mapping is done, is it done in SRM or Catalog server.

Hi Santosh,

The mapping is done in SRM_SERVER, the catalog returns OCI data, formatted like NEW_ITEM-XXXX, the transformation is done in function module BBP_WS_MAP_OCI_TO_SC which is called from function BBP_WS_IMPORT_SC_DATA where we interpret the lt_oci_item_data, lt_oci_longtext etc.

Hi Jason,

I have just found your conversation and in fact would like to find some info regarding OCI catalog fields mapping to cXML. Do you have maybe any advise for that?

I am working with suppliers on catalogs but on Ariba  Network. some suppliers need to use cXML and it would be useful if we could support them somehow... thanks in advance. for any info.
