Implement SAP Solution Manager Change Request Management

Hi Friends,

We want to Implement the ChaRM process on our SAP Solution Manager.

I have no idea about it. Please guide me towards implement it.

System Details

R/3:- D01->Q01->P01 ~

BI:- DBW->QBW->PBW

SolMan:- SAP Solution Manager 7.0

Already we have established the connection between SolMan and R/3, BI systems for Early watch alerts.

We have only SolMan Production version
