Regarding Quality Certificate

Dear All

I am facing a Problem generating quality certificate please help me when i am executing QC20 No messages for initial processing exist.. even in QC02 certificate view i have entered delivery no as well ... No lot was found for cert.profile E21

i have maintained all this below steps :

1. Define Certificate Types

2. Define Condition Types for Output Determination Maintain

3.Quality Certificates > Output Determination > Output Determination Procedure > Edit Output Determination Procedure

4.Created (QC01)

5.Quality Certificate > Outgoing > Assignment (QC15)

6.Quality Certificate > Outgoing > Certificate Recipient (VV21)

7.QC20

Can some one guide me how to achieve this

In QC02 there is option to view the Certificate preview.

Is certificate visible there?

Hi,

Please check whether you have data ie. results for the characteristics that were listed in the profile for the material/ plant,/batch. Regards, krishnaM

Check whether Certificate profile is released and assignment is correct.

Check for the batch what is inspection lot in QA33?

Now check, have you recorded result for each required characteristics? Is UD made for inspection lot?

Dear All

Thanks for your response i have done all the settings what ever u have suggested only thing is i have not created a batch for the material and i have done post goods issue in VL01N i.e i have done delivery

Can Any one can guide me step by step procedure how to do this
