CTS+ Export error in portal.. Close Coupling.

Hi,

I have configured CTS+ for our SRM Portal system with Solution manager as Domail/Communication system. We have referred standard guide to peform the configuration

and I have double checked all the parameters for correctness ( Close coupling parameters)

Now, when we are trying to do the export from PCD we are getting below error:

No valid transport request found; consult your system administrator

User is not locked but we are still getting this error. Pls help.

hi,

Are you trying to do the PCD transport using administrator user?

can you try using an user which is available in solman system as well?

There was an issue with the user. It got resolved.
