I have created a sampling scheme lot size=100, sample=10, c1=2 and d1=8 for a raw material
Now when i do results recording for 100 nos(sample=10)
defects=9
now in this case, when defects is 9, then as per sampling scheme , the lot should be rejected. But system is allowing to accept the lot. Same is the case with Usage decision.
Can anyone help with this
based on sampling procedure valuation mode system will do auto valuation of MIC, but it won't do auto valuation of usage decision based on recorded result or sample posting.
hope this clear you.

Hii, in the sampling scheme valuation mode the correct valuation type in place of manual valuation. But the system will not automatically accept/ Reject the lot during UD. If you want to restict the UD code for rejected lot you have to use user exit.

Hi,
It is the Sampling procedure where you indicate the valuation mode but, NOT Sampling Scheme. Hence, you need to indicate the valuation mode (not manual) in the Sampling procedure for the system to automatically propose Rejection/Accept for each Characteristic. Please check and see.
