Hi All

When approver trying to approve catalog based PO system giving following error in SRM 7.0

Catalogue XXX is not available; please check the entries

Please let me know how to investigate on this....

Hi,

Have you tried to reach the catalog Search UI directly rather than through SRM? Perhaps the catalog/repository is down?

Hi Jason

Yes, I able to procure directly without any issue. Even manager active subsitute also able to do without any issue. Only user facing issue so have removed old BP and generated new BP but still problem exists.

Hi,

Is there any issue with this users authorizations, i.e. does he have the correct role for shopping? Also, do you use a specific user in the catalog call structure for access or does each user access by SSO? If SSO, does the user exist in SRM-MDM as well as SAP SRM?
