Request for Change ZMCR still creating SMHF Urgent Change instead of ZMHF

Happy New Year, Experts,

I'm wondering why my new (copy of SAP standard) Request for Change ZMCR still creating SMHF Urgent Change instead of ZMHF (copy of SAP standard as well)

We are @ 7.1 and all Z* TR Types created via transaction AI_CRM_CPY_PROCTYPE

Hi,

Have you checked the copy control settings for the new transaction type. Goto SPRO -> SAP Solution Manager Implementation -> Capabilities -> Change Management -> Standard Configuration -> Transaction Types -> Define Copying Control for Transaction Types. In this screen check that you new change request is linked to the new follow on documents.
