Hi,

While on Rebates, I have made a new condition table using using std field PRCTR.

This field was already available in KOMG for pricing but not for rebates.

It is also available in KOMK & KOMP.

We got the same extended for rebates by updating T681F with Usage-E

However, now we are having eror "Access not made (initialized field)" although the PRCTR fild is rightly populated in the Account Assignment tab page.

New cond table entry:

PRCTR KOMK PRCTR Profit Center

Hi JP,

I have run the transaction [vk+c] and there are inconsistencies.

Further the PRCTR field is not a new field that is being appended in KOMP & KOMG structures and brought into KOMG and then passed in respective pricing user exits.

It was already available in KOMG for Usage-A (Pricing).

KOMG is common for both pricing & rebate field catalogs.

The usage only makes the difference.

Till the time we extended the field with the usage it was not visible in rebate catalaog.

Once it got extended we were able to use it for rebate conditions.

Request your inputs considering the above scenario.

Hi,

PRCTR is at item level but in the cond table it is linked with KOMK.

Can this be a reason ?

It should be like following:

Usage - E

Application - V

Field group - 001

Use SM30 with V_T681F - Field Catalog (&1 &2).

FYI ,

Changed the PRCTR assignment from KOMK to KOMP and resolved the issue.

Hi Rajesh,

The profit center is present in billing document at item level.

So the system fills KOMP-PRCTR.

However you are using the document structure KOMK-PRCTR.

Please change this.

The key combination which you have mentioned is correct.So maintain the key combination in the condition table and then check

But in the new key combination dont maitnain PRCTR
