Dear sir,

I am getting error while doing mmpv for the month 01/2012. the error is incorrect period in control record of company code: no conversion. the current period(month/year) of the control record is 012012. pl give the solution.

Hello,

As you can see from the message ' the current posting period is 01/2012 so why you want to close it? Are you facing any issue while doing any material posting? If not, then why are you trying to close the period 01/2012 by MMPV?

The system shows that you are in the correct posting period, if you still face any issues while doing the material posting, please post the error.

This shows that the current fiscal period in your company code is already open and all previous periods (including 12-2011) upto the current fiscal period are closed.

Since all previous periods are closed there is nothing to close. So there is nothing to do on that company code in MMPV
