I inadvertently had auto-incidents turned on so now I have over 5,000 incidents in my system and it makes things very slow. I would like to delete these incidents. Is there a way to do this without configuring archiving (if you can even do that)? I looked around but can't find any notes. Thank you,
David
Correct me if I'm wrong, do you need this report from note 566225 ?

Hi Mateus,
Note 566225 "Report to delete the basis notifications with deletion flag" I think is for half the process in note 1329247 "Archiving Solution Manager Service Desk messages". I really don't want to start configuring archiving, which will doubtless involve applying notes, mucho documentation and a lot of work (I have so many other issues before I can spend time on that). Also, it seems like this is for SolMan 7.0. Aren't the SLFN and all that different in 7.1. It doesn't look like there is a way to just delete them, sigh. Well thanks Mateus,
David
