after cancelling the PO lot not getting cancelled

Hi all,

i'm facing issue in Source inspection i've cancelled the PO but the lot status in "REL" it's not getting cancelled automatically... may i know how i can make the configuration for this scenario...

please update me where i need change the configuration..

please reply ASAP.

Dear Kiru,

You can use QA02.

go to inspection lot>Functions>Cancel Inspection lot.

but its manual, not automatic as requested by you.

Source insp lot is manually created lot not auto generated. So system won't cancel lot automatically at time of cancel PO.

So to cancel lot you have to go to change insp lot QA02 --> Menu --> Cancel inspection lot function.

My client requirment is when they r cancelling the PO lot also should cancel like happening in MIGO..

what best solution is there to solve this issue.., bcz as per my client they don;t want to cancel in the manual process.

hi,

U need to customize some user exit at PO level or at Q- Info level. Bcoz this is not available in Std SAP system.

hi,

Use this

EXIT_SAPLQPL1_002

and take the help of an ABAP'r , provide him necessary conditions for lot status check against PO and provide "x" indicator agaisnt the Lot cancellation condition.
