Date Wise Pending Delivery Report

Hi all,

I need a pending delivery report as per the date which user enters. For ex on a particular date what were the pending deliveries and total pending stock which was to be delivered.

Is there any standard report or any Function module available. If not, is there any logic by which we can fulfill this requirement.

i was also facing the same problem regarding real time status in VL06. But problem is i can't use BI . In sd only i need some solution. Is there no logic by which we can capture this.

Check these T.code's : VL04 - Process Delivery Due List

VL10A - Sales Orders Due for Delivery

VL10C - Order Items Due for Delivery

VL06G - List of Oubound Dlvs for Goods Issue

Standard SAP delivered report following transactions:

VL06O - Outbound Delivery Monitor

VL06i - Inbound Delivery Monitor

These reports will give the current status but i want to know the status on any user specified date for ex on 07/08/2010 what were pending Deliveries.

GOTO VL06, it is for total delivery details, in this report you want only pending delivers only, so goto VL06, enter u sales area

and enter Pland gds mvmnt date, check item level , goto status :object delivers in this tab give Total gds mvt status -C (REMARK single value) and execute ,

its comes pending details

VL06 gives same data as VL06O/VL06i and gives only real-time delivery status (you can't look at 07/10/2011 date & see what delivery documents were pending PGI, only can see latest delivery status as of now for that date).

So, If "historical" data is needed for past date and status of delivery documents at that time, then need to go with BI report or similar reporting tool where you can set specific parameters like take snap-shot of table(s) of open deliveries due for PGI but not PGI'd on specific date/time.
