Hi All,
I installed SAP ECC 6.0 in my laptop i done a local client copy, I created a client in scc4( client 100) but i did not login to 100 client and performed client copy, instead of doing in client 100 ive done in the same client 001.I given target client as 001 and source as 100,The client copy cancelled. and from then am unable to perform any action(even with ddic and sap* user) if i enter any tcode in client 001 its saying your not having any authorizations.
Please help me what to do
Thanks,
Harshith

In this situation , what best you can do is , uninstall the SAP system and install it again and do the client copy correctly. Basically your client copy had deleted the client 001 contents and since it got terminated hence the copy was not successful. You should never fiddle with the standard clients.

Hi Gurus,
It is an urgent issue,
I have installed ECC 6.0 on RHEL Linux Oracle 10g.
I was carrying out the post installation steps
I have created a client 100 and trying to do a local client copy chosing SAP_ALL profile.
It started and continued for some time. It stopped and the error is
DBIF_SETG_SQL_ERROR.
I have checked the Notes in Service market place, but I could not get help.
Could you all please suggest me a asolution
Thank you all in advance

Hello Harshith,
Your client data is messed up when you terminated in the middle. Either you have to restore with latest backup, if you have one or simply uninstall and re-install SAP.
Thanks,
Siva Kumar
