Hi All,

We are extracting the data from HR to BI info object 0EMPLOYEE. The data source name 0EMPLOYEE_ATTR. While extracting the data from HR to BI the data is coming up to PSA and the data is not updating to info object (some of the employees around 2000 attributes are missing). Please help on this

Ravi

Hi Ravi,

0EMPLOYEE_ATTR is 3.x Datasource. How are you loading the data to 0EMPLOYEE? Using 3.x flow or using BI7(i.e transformation & dtp). Make sure you have loaded the data correctly to 0EMPLOYEE from PSA. If you are loading though 3.X flow, you will not be able to see the request in 0EMPLOYEE Manage screen.

If data is loaded, then you will have to check if there are any routines in the transfer rules/transformation which might be filtering the data. You will also need to check DTP if anything is filtered out in Filter. Also as suggested it is possible that PSA might have duplicate records where as one one Key record will be loaded to 0EMPLOYEE.

Also please make sure that you have activated 0EMPLOYEE data by using change run.

Hi Ravi,

Once you load data from PSA activate the data in infoobject either by using change run or from the context menu of infoobject.

If you are still not getting the data then check the request monitor for any issues.

Hi Ravi,

1.Check your transformation and DTP.

2. If there is no routine at transformation level then its issue with DTP .

3.Check if there are semantic key set or not .If not set semantic key on PERNR ,BEGDA,ENDDA and then load data again .

Also check whether there is any filters.

4.I think this is issue because at PSA level data is not aggregated so you have more than one record for one employee .When you are loading from PSA to Info objects records are getting aggregated &SID are generating and keeping last value .So your number of records can be lesser than records in PSA.

Hi,

Check in InfoPackage setting for a error records like "Terminate after No. errors" if this is selected and there is any records it will not get updated in master.

If you want to see error records check PSA for error records, even you can check this by infopackage monitor header for PSA.

Hi Ravi,

If Data is Coming till PSA then it is Problem with DTP. Activate, the Datasource once again and try loading data. Try loading Full Load.
