Identify if SC Item has been changed during adjustment process by requestor

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 7.0 (enhancement package 1) and working on parallel approval with overlapping responsibility. Here is my requirement.

a. BRF workflow is using a single step process schema with decision type 4.

b. SC created by requestor (Req1) with 2 items. Approver for Item 1 is App1. Approver for Item 2 is App2.

c. App1 approves Item 1.

d. App2 rejects Item 2.

e. SC goes back to Req1 for Acceptance or Adjustments.

f. Req1 edits the SC for Adjustment. This causes the approvers for both the items to be re-determined. My requirement is to not send the workflow for Item 1 to its approver if Req1 has not done any changes to Item 1 during adjustment.

I can prevent the Area creation in AREA_TO_ITEM_MAP for Item 1 there by preventing the workflow to go to its approver again. But how do I identify if Item 1 has not been changed during adjustments?

Regards,

Soumya Banerjee
