Failure mode effect analysis and Control plan

Dear All,

I wish to implement the concept of FMEA and Control plan in sap and I am new to sap QM module also. So any one guide me , how to implement, What are all the customization settings required and standard transactions involved to make use of it full - fleged in SAP.

Can anyone help me?
