UD Cancel Error

Dear all,

I've done UD cancel ( reverse stock movement ) using notes 17XXX.

But I have an issue as below.

IOnly 0 serial numbers entered instead of 1

Message no. IO304

Diagnosis

There is a serial number obligation, so the number of serial numbers must equal the number of serial numbers in the material document.

You can post the operation only if you entered the correct number of serial numbers previously.

I think there are differences between serial number in production order and serial number assigned to GR document.

But they are exactly same number.

What's wrong? What should I check ?

I already checked them.

They have same serial number.

This note do not work with Serial numbers & Handling unit.

Please read the sap not documents clearly .Its limitation of this sap note

I canceled them before to reverse G/R for production order.

System refers to original material documents created.

If that document has serial number & serial number profile is active for material then this sap note will not work !

Correct, SAP note for UD reversal not works in case of Serial numbers and Handling units.
