Hi,

Have you defined logon group in SMLG ?

Also, make sure that all the users should be login using logon group only.

Thanks

Check the OSS Note [51789 - Poor user distribution in logon distribution|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/51789]. Also check related notes.

Check if these are GUI connections or any other kind of users like RFC, etc...

If we are talking about the GUI load balance, you should take in mind that the criteria of the load balance will make the decision to wich instance the connection will be redirect. If your configuration is BEST, this means that the server for which the

BEST quality was calculated is used for the next logon.

If you are talking about the RFC connections, take a look at this documentation and you can change to Round Robin strategy:

com/saphelp_nw70ehp1/helpdata/en/28/1c623c44696069e10000000a11405a/frame

set.htm

The quality for each instance is calculated with the program RSRZLLG0 that runs every 5 minutes (default).

You can check the quality in SMLG -> F5
