Printer Issue during order confirmation

Hello All,

The new printer is configured in SAP but we are getting a pop-up window asking again for a selection for printing in SAP..

suppose if we are triggering a print for the order confirmation and if you selection is 3 copied it will popup with 3 new screens...

not sure did some settings is missed in SAP? or the issue is with printer.

In user profile Tcode SU3, maintain default printer for the user.

And use TCode SPAD for creating printer.

You take assistance of BASIS guys in your team for this.

hi

please check your out condition records , got vv12 check your condition type and execute , select your customer master , click on communication, give out put device and storage mode and print immediately activate , and cheek your vv12 of conditions,
