Reference User creation for FireFighter User ID

Hi Experts,

We have got a situation where no of profiles assigned to FireFighter user ID is exceeded. We have deleted all repetitive roles from user account. Still getting a message of large no of profile assignment.

So going forward Would it be a good practice to create reference user id for FF user ID as We know that FF ID is service user type?

As I am not sure about system logs for reference user id for same.

Your suggestions are most welcome.

Hi Mac,

The limitation is 312 profiles. This is an R/3 system limitation:

Note 1527047 - Error in CUP provisioning: TOO_MANY_PROFILES_IN_USER

Do you have more than 312 profiles assigned to the user?

Yes. Number of profiles exceeded for Firefighter ID.

I am sure about creation reference user id for Normal Dialog User but have some doubt for FF ID as it's a service type user.

We are not looking for new role creation.
