to delete delivery document permanently

Hi,

my user wants to delete two delivery Nos. for this she has already deleted the line items now the delivery is empty. there are no following documents available on this. When I advised her to go to transaction VL02N and click the delete button. while it asks for permanently deleting the document click for YES. She is facing the error message that deletion of delivery header is not possible.

can you please suggest what may be the possible causes and how to solve this.

Hi Sasmita

Confirm delivery does not contain any handling unit data and also please check to see if Delivery is held in LIKP and LIPS tables; if it is there need to likely delete records from table and subsequently delete document.
