SAP IDES 6.05 - MAXDB

Dear members,

I'm facing an error during IDES 6.05 installation. I Have this error :

R3load.exe -testconnect

(DB) ERROR: DbSlControl(DBSL_CMD_IMP_FUNS_SET) rc = 20

(DB) ERROR: DbSlErrorMsg rc = 20

- Last Kernel 7.20 has been patched (705)

- SAPINST last version updated

- maxdb db is running correctly (connection check done)

The java version uses is 6.0.

What can be the issue ?

Hi Aurélien,

While most installions are running smoothly there seem to be cases when the DB suddenly stops during the import step.

In most cases it is possible to restart the MaxDB with the MaxDB Admin tool (DBM76.exe in the installation files) and continue the installation.
