Number of packages in delivery

Hi,

In Outbound delivery, it shows the Total Weight and Number of packages...My client requirement is when i do MIGO then automatically system generates delivery in the background and spool is generated.But how can these values populate automatically into output of delivery when looked into the print preview..According to my knowledge user manually need to enter the total weight and no. of Packages..

Looking for the solution...

What kind of movement are you doing with MIGO? A mov 101 for a PO related with the SO (because I understand that the outbound delivery is for a SO)?

For MIGO, you can use the badi MB_MIGO_BADI. After, you can populate these field in the delivery with a userexit. See SAP Note 415716 - User exits in delivery processing to check the proper object. To create the delivery see SAP Note 949074 - BAPIs for generating outbound deliveries
