Hi,
Is your UME configured to connect to ABAP source system ?
Please check the UME source configuration.
You need to have the required role assigned in the UME source client - like explained above.

Varun

Check this link:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_trbk30/helpdata/en/8b/90f83ee0e66856e10000000a114084/content.htm
You need to assign SAP_J2EE_ADMIN role to user J2EE_ADMIN via SU01 Transaction.
Go to SU01 transaction -> select J2EE_ADMIN user -> Change -> Role Tab -> Write SAP_J2EE_ADMIN -> Save

Dear Vijay,
As I understand you are installing JAVA stack , and while installing you have mentioned that your User details will be in ABAP stack, so you have to create J2ee_admin user there using SU01 and provide the required role ie SAP_J2EE_ADMIN .
Try doing that, and let us know.

Amit Barnawal

Dear All,
As the installation is not completed i could not login SAP.
I tried to create user at OS level and assign SAP_J2EE_ADMIN.
Doing so i am getting an popup saying an object SAP_J2EE_ADMIN cannot be created.
I am still in the installation phase.
Below is the User Check Log..

Hello Vijay,
Note: SAP does not recommed to setup Dual Stack Systems except if necessary (e.g. Solution Manager)
Please note the following:
Today dual stack is required for
u2022PI/XI
u2022Solution Manager
u2022Mobile up to NW 7.0
So if you are not installing among these ,then you can proceed installing ABAP and JAVA seperately
Regards,
Amit Barnawal
