SAP PM Implementation

Dear All,

Greetings !

Earlier I was an End User of SAP-PM Module, Recently I have attended and cleared my SAP Certification in Repair & Maintenance Module. Now i have joined a Company where i am posted on a project. I Really Need you Guys Help to proceed in Configuration.

As Far as AS-IS and TO-BE is Concerned , i have already finished that. Very soon I have to start Configuration (Standard). Please share your ideas and suggestion.

Looking for:

1. Configuration Document

2. OEE Report (Over all Equipment Efficiency Report) Client Asked.

Hi,

You can get the configuration documents from sap help portal.

I will give you an idea on OEE report:

Here there is no such report available in standard SAP for calculating efficiency report for orders. We have to do standard analysis by z development only as earlier I told you.

Machine down time can be obtained in PM module only.

That way machine efficiency can be obtained from the utilized time from CO11N & machine down time from PM Module.

Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) %

o OEE = availability *performance *efficiency

u2022 Yield %

o Yield = actual good quantity produced/total quantity produced

u2022 Performance%

o Actual quantity produced/planned target quantity

u2022 Availability %

o Production time/total time

All these value you will get in CO11N and work center.
