Send e-mail to responsible

Hi everybody,

I need configure the send e-mail to responsable.

I have the action with the smartform configured, but now I need send the e-mail only responsible for message.

I tried configure in transaction SPPFCADM, but I haven't found the way for this.

Anybody can help me please?

But, I need to send e-mail with a SmartForm.

The question is:

I have a called (Message Solman), and I send e-mail to customer and a group of support.

Now, I need send to e-mail only to responsible for called (Message Solman).

I tried configure the action from transaction SPPFCADM, but I didn't found the way for this.

I hope explain better.

Hi,

You can create your own Action Profile under SLFN0001_Advanced and assign Smart Forms Mail to it. Then go to Conditions, assign this action profile and define condition on User Status.

Do you want to send mail to Message processor ? If yes, then what is the condition that you have defined in action profile ?

I want to send e-mail to responsible from message.

The condition for this case is:

&Operação serviço CRM.Status do usuário& = E0002SLFN0001

Other configuration is:

Definição de parceiro: SLFN0002

Details of Selected Processing:

Recipient type: Internet Address

Address: "is blank"

I'd like know if it's possible with configuration in transaction SPPFCADM for Condictions for actions.

Hi

The only thing you need to notice is

when you define an action with partner dependent make sure which partner you want to receive mail

here you are saying you want message processor but i have noticed the partner func as

SLFN0002-------this is reported by so your customer is receiving email

as per standard it is

SLFN0004 .----for message processor

so create a new action with SLFN0004 partner func and then schedule it with conditions you want it will resolve ur issue

I need, when customer answer the message, a e-mail would be send to responsible for called (Message Solman).

I already created a action when customer answer the message and a e-mail is send toa a group, but this group is fixed in this action.

I need this action indetify the responsible and send a e-mail.

HI

In that case you can the badi order_save

this triggers whenever the save button is pressed ...so on specific status you can dynamically determine and trigger email as required
