Hi,
on our WebAS 6.40 SP18, I have configured the mobile admin according to the MI Installation Guide. When I access the section "Device Maintenance" and perform any search, I get the following error:
com.sap.ip.mi.admin.core.ApplicationException: Connection couldn't be recreated: 1 cause: Encountered invalid managed connection, last cause Couldn't execute interaction. 2 cause: Couldn't execute interaction.
I can see the list of devices, but if I mark one, I don´t get the details of it. What could be the cause?
Cheers,
Thorsten

Hi Benjamin,
If the problem is same as @Thorsten has reported, then this is definitely an authorization issue. User configured on SAPJRAFactory_LANG(ie.EN) has not sufficient right on ABAP stack to execute the RFC's.
Please try with assigning role SAP_ALL to the user.
Please reward points if this helps you.
Regards,
Satyendra

I had the same problem in our internal test system.
Therefore I gave the service admin user the following RFC Auth Check (S_RFC):

MEMGMT_F4HELP
MEMGMT_HIERARCHY

Hopefully this will help.

Hi,
I had the same error when I tried to access the section "Hierarchy Grouping", "Device Maintenance". My MW server is WAS640 SP18. I would appreciate if you could share any hints on this issue if you have.
Thanks and regards,
ZhiDan
