Total value of Purchase requisition.

i have query that where i can see the total value of purchase requisition in me52n or any other tcode.

There is no field for total valuie of the entrie purchase requisition.

at item level you only have the total value for this item.

If you want a total value, then click the total value column header in the item overview, then click the icon for Total and SAP will add a line below all items witzh the summary.

Pls tell us which column we should select for getting the total value

I tried by selecting the Quantity colum. i am not able to find the value column to add.

HI Pranav,

As Jurgen mentioned in his answer, please select any column for which you want total (Quantity/VA.Price/Total Value) and them click on total button ( which looks like capital sigma - 7th from left after Set Filter). Then system adds one more line in item overview which shows total value. For total value you have to select Total Value column.

Hi,

If you are working on release strategy context

Standard Field for Total Value:

Ceban-GFWRT -> Total value of requisition for overall release procedure

Ceban-GSWRT -> Total Item Value

Otherwise you will see the total value at item level on tab Valuation

You wil not get total value in ME52/53N, Goto EBAN, input PR# BANFN to get all items PREIS (Valuation Price). Add this to get total value

goto me52n/me53n in item details you can find the total value of line item in valuation tab.

in me5a you can get the report of total pr's.

Hi,

It is not the item wise value it is over all value of the PR.For more clarity you can check with your quantity in PR and value in valuation tab in item detail.It gives the total value of PR.
