Inspection Lot XXXX is automatically created by the system for the Finished Good in SAP. However, there was a discrepancy with the inspection lot qty (7 units) and the actual qty (zero unit). The Actual Lot Qty could have been corrected using transaction QAC1. However, the UD is done already for this lot. But no posting happened. Checking in mb51, I can not see any related stock posting for this inspection lot.
Current Scenario:
The user wants to process the stocks from QI to unrestricted this via QA11/QA12 but the stock posting is no longer possible.
Initial Checks:
(1) UD can not be reversed because of this error message >
You cannot make a quantity transfer posting for inspection lot XXXX because the lot does not have any stock "in quality inspection", or because the inspection lot stock has already been completely credited (posted).
(2) Tried to use transaction QAC1 to correct the actual quantity but Inspection lot can not be changed because UD is done.
(3) Planned to reverse the Backflush. Not possible because UD is done.
(4) Tried stock transfer via MB1B, QI to Unrestricted. Not possible because "Change in inspection stock of this material is in QM only.
(5) Used ABAP Program ZQEVAC20 to reconcile differences but no entries can be found.
