Values in 2nd dropdown list based on value in 1st dropdown list

In Adobe form I want to have two dropdown lists which contains value form database.

Values in 2nd dropdown list should change accordingly value in 1st dropdown list.

and if user does not select anything in 1st dropdown list, then there should not be any value in 2nd dropdown list.

I am getting values in 2nd dropdown list, but the values are not getting changed based on value in 1st dropdown list; and if I do not select value in 1st dropdown list, then also values are visible in 2nd dropdown list which is not desired.
