Record Defects for Inspection Lot: intial screen error

Dear Expert,

In Quality Management i am facing one issue.

1) I raise PO for Subcontracting L. 2) Received the Goods with Qulity inspe stock.

3)Stock is inspected with QA32 and take usage decision.

4)Now i want Record Defects for Inspection Lot in Qf11. I have entered Inspection Lot 10000000373

Report Type 00000010----

system displayed the error "status check error"

Please help. any setting have to do?

hi,

Once ur Lot status becomes UD ICCO SPCO after final UD then u r not able to process it futher for any kind of data updations, yes but if status is REL than u can update and modify the data in the lot.

Hi,

To do defect recording after UD you can go ot UD screen click on edit -> reset -> Insection complete.

Now the system will allow you to do the defect recording ... After result recording you can close the lot by clicking inspection complete button on the UD screen

My Problem has resolved. i did (qf11) record defects inspection lot and save.

Now i rech on next step QA11 for record usage decision. same error appear in this transcation.

The Lot status showing as below.
