Batch allready booked and sale order collect that's one

Dear Sir,

my problem is on my test system, when i create a sale order and then try to create a delivery order, system inform me there is no stock. but when i chekc the stock, stock available but in the next one batch. i can;t understand why sale order collect the stock from that batch that's already booked in another delivery order which is not PGI. please tell me how i can adjust the sale order that can collect the stock where stock available batch not from booked.

Hi,

Try rescheduling of Sales Order via transaction : V_V2.

You can allocate the stock to the order which you want to reschedule by this.

there is a news for me that when i create a Sale Order in original system at that time SAP create batch at delivery lavel but during creating the sale order in test system SAP hold batch number here. please tell me how i can change it and wht is its effect. i think it is the main reason that system hold a wrong batch that already booked at another sale order.

Sale order u can assign the batch for service sale order only ,

in sale order batch in when sale order is open an that time only u can delete batch possible ,

goto va02 click on item detail tab their is batch field so please delete the batch ,

in sale order comes for batch u can settings for batch detemnation,

Yes, you are right that we can remove the batch from sale order but why i remove from there if i create 100 sale order daily it means i remove 100 batch daily from the sale order. we need it automatically remove from sale order and select at Delivery Level.

2nd question are also not clear why system hold batch that already hold by a delivery order pending for PGI. Like when i create a sale order, sale order collect a batch and when i try to create a delivery, system infrom me there is no stock( there is only 20 Ctn that is alrady book by a delivery order that is still not PGI. how there is no stock. i chekc mmbe, 125 ctn available in different batches but batch that system hold at sale order level are already hold 20Ctns an another D/o that was not PGI) now please any body tell me how

-1 how i can create a sale order without batch but batch hold at D/O lavel

-2 system auto select the batch that is not hold with anyother sale order or delivery order

Dear Sir,

There are two system here at my office

PRD and DEV

*When i create a sale order in PRD there is no batch at S/O lavel but system maintain it at delivery lavel

*when i create a sale order in DEV system create a batch at S/O lavel some time these batch already hold by another item already have a delivery order but PGI pending. here is problem for me when it hold that,s one. how i can change from sale order lavel to delivery order ( DEV to PRD type)

some times it means , you tell all ok, in production in fine , it ok , check setting for production , and comapre with dovelopment

in production batchs are perfectly, in deloveop u can use test batchs , some time u can do the sale orders , pending r deliveres pending , batchs also pending ,

tel me what ur requirment

in production ok, what is problem, in development somy thing it is just test cases , u can do,

i crate a sale order (test system and system auto create batch # 0000006236) for 10Ctns, then i try to create a delivery order but system show me there is no stock for delivery. i check mmbe there is 125Ctns availabell for sale in different Batches. but 0000006236 15tns book in order No.10000025 and D/o No.500000015 but pending PGI and

0000006237 50

0000006238 50

0000006239 25

my question is this why system (Sale Order) hold the 0000006236 for 10Ctns that is already book for Sale order No.10000025. why i change manually batch. and why it was not hold it at delivery lavel and different batch. why it show there is no balance as there is 125ctn available for sale.
