Hello,
We are implementing charm in release 7.1. We are getting an error some times that says that user was not able to create a task list for an urgent correction SMHF.
The error message says:
There is no active task list in the associated project
However we run the charmcheck transaction and no error for the project. Error SOCM_ACTION_LOG014.
Then we got the error saying
"Task list H.xxxxxxxx not created by user mmmmmmmmm
Error writing to table /TMWFLOW/PROJCTC"
Errors are
/TMWFLOW/TASKLIST304
/TMWFLOW/TASKLIST177
When we start testing early in the morning we can create the first ticket with no problem (every day the system is down for backup and then restarted). However, subsequent ticket show this same error.
We checked SLG1, ST22, and SM12 to find any error, however we are not able to find any problem.
We think that problem is that something is blocking, however we are not able to find the error.

we debugged the program and understood that the problem was the number of digits for the range number /tmwflow/m and then we reviewed your documentation and found that there was an inconsistency in the digits. We followed your instructions and modified the table NRIV with SE16, reducing to 9 characters the from and then values in the table.

We are facing the same issue. While creating ZMHF (custom Urgent Change) users "sometime" receive error "There is no active task list in the associated project"
