Reports hang during Crystal Reports print spooling

CR13 vs2010 sp2

sql server 2003

cr 12 designed and rendered through vs2010 cr13

Windows xp sp3 workstations

My reports will not print as requested on all occasions using the cr print button

I noticed that the reports hang in the print spooler.

Are there any fixes or suggestions for this problem.

I am getting the error on printing problem when the reports

hang during printing.

I have tried various printers in network, but the problem persists.

As explained the reports were generated using CR10/12

Was this fix incorporated in CR13 for vs2010

The user does not buy the OS theory in that the reports, though much slower did not present the error on server message.

This is my only remaining error.

All button indicatives are passed into the app frame ie print export etc. I have no control over the display or process

other than loading the report. I tried printtoprinter without any success

That was a very old fix and all old fixes are rolled forward.

No. Sorry the confusion is this area got overwhelming the final answer makes a heck of alot of since and has

been passed to admin.
