Need help on SAP QC 11.0 installation

We are planning to upgrade SAP QC 10.0 to SAP QC 11.0.

We downloaded the SAP QC 11.0 from SAP Market and we find that below files. Can some help us do we need to install all the files or what is the procedure to install SAP QC 11.0 u2013 Enterprise Edition

In this which is the main EXE for SAP QC 11.0

I know the process of installing HPQC 11.0 just 1 exe and Patch 2, but I am new to SAP QC, need your help to complete my upgrade successfully.

Hello, QC as your likely aware is a Server application. No matter where you downloaded it from, it still needs to be installed on a server quality machine. The main executable would be labled like 'Setup.exe' but embedded in .RAR and impossible to locate without extraction. Similar for .exe's contained in .ZIP archives. Hence all files are required.
