iam using excel file for csv.communication channel is correctly configured but file is not picked.where we can check for error

If your input source is excel, then how do you read the file to convert in to XML ? Are you using JExcelAPI? Please read the document for reading the excel source into XML.

Can you elaborate the issue in detail, and does MS excel is installed in system?
What is you PI version and DB ?

iam doing file to file , sender side fcc,and excel file as csv,and communication channel also fine but file is not picked at source

What exactly communication channel is showing? If it is green and not picking any data from file then refresh the cache .
Then the channel will work .

Goto >RWB>CC Monitoring.
provide your communication channel over there.
There you will see the reason for error.
