Message "M7001 - Check table XBDBATCH: entry does not exist"

Hello!

I am trying to do a outbound PGI from a delivery and, as soon as I select the batch, the system returns the message "Check table XBDBATCH: entry does not exist". The fact is that this table doesn´t exist, and the batch actually does! it is on MMBE as well as batch tables like MCH1.

Has anyone seen this error before?

Adriano,

   If you have batch determin activated and also activated 'check batch' for the sales area-document type combination, then system checks the manually added batch in the deliv line item against the search procedure. If it doesn't find search procedure it kicks out the error.

My suggestion is, remove the check batch option in the batch determination configuration, in this path

LG->Batch Management->Batch determin and check->Batch search procedure and activation->Allocate SD search procedure

this earror comes for for in ur batch is missing in data , for the table BDBATCH , is one of Structure , so in this structure maintain the Material Number

U CAN check in table se11 at bdbatch,

plase explain in earror message comes which data earror

u can check msc2n for our batch total data,

normally u can maintain the batch determination in delivary, pl check BDBATACH table for Results Table for Batch Determination,

*u can check cross plant status in Mara tables,*

u can check batch characteristic vales,

when u can maintain the wrong batch characteristic values,
