Approval of confirmation

Hi experts;

We are using SRM 7, classic scenario. We activated one-level approval for confirmation. The SC requester was absent and his manager created the confirmation. The system should send the approval confirmation to the manager but since he himself did the confirmation, the system did not send the WF and became Error in WF status.

I tried to forward the workitem manually to the manager but could not. Also I changed it to COMPLETE but GR still did not go the ECC.

I have all the authrozation, I need to send the confirmation to the backend ECC by any means. Please advise what to do?

Hello,

First go to BBP_PD and select the guid id of the business document , after copying this guid id now go to t code SE37 and enter the function module name as BBP_PD_CONF_TRANSFER and select the third option refering to test/execute (F8) and then change the IV_GUID with the document guid id you have copied above and IV_STATUS from 0 to 1 ; and then execute.

Your issue should be resolved here.
