Interaction Records report loading excessive
When trying to look at the detailed drill down on the above report the loading time is excessive.
Steps taken
1. Entered Reporting tab with Portal
2. Select Contact Centre Manager Role
3. Open folder Activity Report
4. Select Interaction Report (display screen loaded within 3 seconds)
5. Select go (display screen loaded within 3 seconds)
6. Drill down on category to lowest level
7. Right click and select detailed drill down
8. New internet explorer screen appears immediately
9. Loading of this screen has so far taken over 10 minutes and no results as yet.
10. Screen timed out and error message displayed
please tell me reason behind long run times .
Hi,
The delay in the report execution may be caused by many reasons.
You can analyze the problem further by displaying data of infocube 0TCT_C02. In field Runtime Object input the Query technical name. In field User the username of the user who executed the query.
The Infocube will provide information regarding the performance of the query, number of seconds for database selection for OLAP processing etc.

Hve in mind that Statistics have to be activated in order to be able to display the values in InfoCube 0TCT_C02.
