General maintenance order

Dear friends,

I have one quary that once general maintenance order like PM01 has been created by end user with components and saved

after that his Boss will release that order.Once order has been released by Boss the end user should not allow to add some more components in that released order unless his Boss to approve.For this what i need to do.

try the below user exit with your conditions.

CNEX0037 Check a newly created component

CNEX0038 Check a changed component

Hi Sunil,

As such there isnt any such Specific Business Operation for Order in the standard SAP, that you can contrl by the Authorization.

I guess that you will have to go for some small Code which should cross check the Status of the Maintenance order and then only will give the access.

but in this case also Either the End User will be Allowed to insert more component or not, there cant be a Mid Way.
