Approval of Confirmation

Hi experts;

We are using SRM 7, classic scenario. We activated one-level approval for confirmation. The SC requester wa absent and his manager created the confirmation. The system should send the approval confirmation to the manager but since he himself did the confirmation, the system did not send the WF and became Error in WF status.

I tried to forward the workitem manually to the manager but could not. Also I changed it to COMPLETE but GR still did not go the ECC.

I have all the authrozation, I need to send the conformation to the backend ECC by any mean. Please advise what to do?

My problem was resolved.

Just to share the information, I used FM BBP_PD_CONF_TRANSFER and in feild I_START_CANCEL enter 1.
