Hello Experts,
We have a scenario, where many Service entry sheets are posted agsinst a single service order and we have different reference number for each service entry sheet, as the challannumbers against which they are supplied differ.
eg. 1. Service entry sheet 1 reference number is 123
2. Service entry sheet 2 reference number is 456
3. Service entry sheet 3 reference number is 789
However when we do collective release, the system automatically picks up the first reference 123 in all the service entry sheets. However, if i release it separately, I dont have an issue as the reference numbers are reflected correctly.
As the number of service entry sheets are many, we would prefer to use collective release. is there anyway in SAP, where we can still retain the original reference number as we need to co-relate this with the invoice correspondingly created.
regards,
have you got solution to this or any SAP note related to this.
i'm encountering the same issue while collective release of SES.
thanks in advance.
