How to trigger custom Shopping Cart Workflow?

Hi Friends,

I have a requirement in shopping cart approval process.... The requirement is in standard workflow 'WS14000133'... here i need to send mail to all the participants when the shopping cart is approved / rejected at any level,....the standard workflow sends mail to the users inbox swbp... but in our case we need to send mail to lotus notes....Please suggest me the best possible way to handle this....

I have tried to customize things and have copied this Standard Shopping cart workflow WS14000133 into custom workflow.

But now when i try to test this it is not getting triggered .... so can some one help me out in triggering my custom workflow when the shopping cart is created from portal...the start event is BUS2121 SAVED.......

goto SWE2, deactivate event linkage for the standard workflow and keep your workflow link activated. i think you have both of them activated.
