Hi all,,
My client requirement is In inspected Qty for result recording area it should show the excat sample qty if it's KG or TON or MT
At present for KG or TON or MT they are useing fixed sample but in result inspected area it's shows fixedly 1 sample only.. i've suggested them to use in MIC large scope insteadof fixed scope. so, then system can allow you to enter the actual inspected lot qty in actual inspected qty. but i think this is not problem solving solution, please update me what i want to do now..
In system sample calculation is 1*100 MT
please guide me want i want to do now...

hi,
Right, either u go by this way or in MM, assign the 100% sample against the inspection type in that material . so system By default use 100% sampling against ur lot.

Hi,
if your sample size is not fixed then try to find out may be it is fixed with respect to lot quantity..if yes then use sampling scheme or %age sampling.
but if not and still you want to see the exact sample qty in sample size field then use the manual sample calculation by entering sample qty in Change inspection lot qty..
Dear Kiru,
What i understood is You want "insp lot Qty" as your Sample Qty.
If you are using sampling Type "Fixed" and maintaining Sample size as 1, system will not calculate Sample size like
1*100 MT.
your sample size will be "1 MT" out of 100 MT.
So, as suggested by Nehsap and Sujit, Create Sampling procedure "100%" and assign it to all MICs in Insp. Plan.... OR Do not Assign any Sampling Procedure in inspection plan, By default; system will take "Insp lot Qty" as your Sample Qty.

Amol

QDv1------>sampling type = 100 % Inspection
Use this sampling procedure against each of the MIC.
or
Do not use sampling procedure at all.By default system consider the sample size as 100%

If you are using fixed sample qty (1) in sample procedure then system will show 1 during RR.
If you want to see sample size same as lot size then you should select 100% sampling option in sampling procedure. This will resolve your prob. Let me know if you hv any more question or if I missunderstood.
