Could you please guide me what is meant by Strategic Sourcing(Concept), Process Steps of Strategic Sorucing & Configuration Steps.

Configuration:

SAP SRM 7.0 Startegic Sourcing. (Will certainly help you in in depth configuration)

As well you can make settings for Sourcing in SPRO -> SRM Server -> Sourcing -> Define Sourcing for Product Categories
