Hi,
For every service contract created there would be complaint register maintained for recoding the complaints and the follow up and resolution of the Same.
please confirm me how to customize it.

First of all, whatever data is maintained in SAP you have to check in which table those data get stored. You have to consider those tables and develop a zee report.
Check in table VISER02 whether the required data gets stored.
