Fleet management in Plant Maintenance

Hi Gurus

Can any share how to map the travel services like buses into SAP Fleet Management and how to get a report on Mileage of buses?

Create the buses as Fleet equipment in SAP.

IMG => PM & CS => Management of technical objects => Settings for Fleet management

Do the config under that heading. You can get the help of each config there.

But my requirement is not full filled i want to get a report on mileage of the buses .

I did all the settings in Settings for Fleet management and made settings for units of measurements and defined measurement positions and created the characteristics for the same and defined calculation method ,and configured measurement document update in IS for PM.

i have created bus as equipment and created two measuring points with measuring positions one fuel and another Odometer for the same and marked as a counter .

And i have also created measuring documents for the both ,when running the transaction MCIZ iam just getting the update as list of Liters and km

Can i know how to get the out put as kilometer per liter and how and from where the system takes the value.

Please help me in this regards

Hi Rupesh,

As far as I know, there isnt any standard way of calculating the Mileage.

you need to write a small Code which should be executed as and when, and will give you the calculations of Mileage.

Hi Rupesh,

You can use the Table IMRG.

and write a logic as per your requirement.
