Hi
How Can Set Condition type(K004) for first five orders?
Hi Prashanth,
You can use Condition Update to achieve this.
Check Condition Update check box for your condition type(k004).
In vk11maintain condition record and click on GO TO and Click on ADDITIONAL DATA.
Here you can find Max.Number of Orders Assign your required number and save.
Ex: If you assign 5 after five orders the discount type will disappears.
Thanks

The suggestion given by Dasaradha Ramireddy works only upto 3 orders maximum. This is because SAP (for whatever reason) has set a limit on maximum number of orders per condition record to 3 and this comes from the corresponding field KONP-ANZAUF with domain ANZAUF (check domain ANZAUF in SE11 and click on value range tab, there you will see the lower limit set 1 and upper limit to 3)
Check the relevant SAP documentation: [Maximum Number of Sales Orders|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_470/helpdata/en/93/7433e2546011d1a7020000e829fd11/content.htm]
So, to set the maximum orders that a condition record can apply on to 5, you would need to change the upper limit to 5. But this will become a modification to SAP standard and will require modification access key as this domain falls under SAP namespace. Also you can only set up to a maximum of 99 as this is a two digit field
Also remember to tick the "Condition update" flag on the condition type: V/06 -> Your condition type -> Condit.update. The maximum order criteria will only apply if you set this flag.
